This tail would have made its first appearance at the AKA Convention of Detroit in 1982. For construction it is preferable to make patterns of hard cardboard (including in them 5mm more for the seams. This tail can be sewn directly on a "turbo" to make it turn. Then, using rectangular triangles (as for a turbine) or with rectangular trapezes, this will slow down the rotation.
