Tower of Computational Sorcery -- Roof

The wind up here is rather fierce and the flag, on a flag pole set in the very center of the tower roof, roars as is flaps from side to side. The flag contains the image of a red dragon with large golden butterfly like wings on a field of blue. A most unsual dragon indeed. You could even swear that the dragon on the flag is actually grinning at you, which for a dragon is, not a friendly sight.

Surrounding the castle at a distance in all directions, including beyond the lake and village is the huge ''Forest of the Great Web'', but at this height you can see that here and there, scattered in the forest, are other lonely islands of safety. In fact to the far west a sizable town can be seen in a large open clearing. It looks rather hazy and you guess that it has seen better days.

To the west a second tower can be seen rising from the castle below. The inscription on the battlement facing the tower declares this to be ''Ye Tower of Runic Icons''.

Immediately to the north of the castle, numerious kites can be seen flying at various heights and angles from a set of dark green circles on the ground. Some of the kites are flying higher than the tower you are standing on. An amazing site and one you should probably go and have a look at.

Next to the kites to the north-west of the castle is a large circular crystal clear lake surrounded by sandy beaches and with an island in the center. It looks like a great place to relax an enjoy oneself. The forest of the web joins it on the far side, just as twisted and tangled as ever.

To the far north a set of pointed cloud enveloped peaks can be seen rising up out of the forest overlooking the lake. Between two of the peaks a keep of some sort can be seen.

To the south a large collection of buildings spreading out from a fork on a roady road heading south from the castle. An inscription on the declares this to be the ''Village of Furness''. Probably another place to go visit and explore.

The wind is rather chilly up here and I think you better retreat back into the tower before you catch a cold.

There only seems to be one direction to go from here...
